Chumbak (2026 Bollywood Drama)

Chumbak is a heartwarming family comedy set in Mumbai’s fictional Chumbak Colony, where five multigenerational families live in adjoining row houses with thin walls, little privacy, and no shortage of opinions. At the center are Rajni and Kuku Merchant an elderly couple who bicker constantly but love each other deeply as Kuku battles early-onset dementia and Rajni quietly considers divorce. Around them, neighbors become surrogate family: a young author finds inspiration in their lives, a support group helps them open up, and every small conflict becomes a colony-wide affair.
