#I’m Looking for Zombie (2026 Anime Series)

Thirteen years after “Red Day” wiped out 90% of humanity and turned the dead into zombies, a new generation grows up in isolated villages with no memory of the old world. Aki, a curious teen armed with a modified saw, leaves home with childhood friends Haru (muscle-obsessed, baseball bat) and Natsuki (“cute”-judging archer) to find her missing father. Venturing into zombie-overgrown cities, they rescue knowledge-rich Yū and level-headed Sakura, turning survival into a road-trip adventure. Blending post-apocalyptic danger with youth comedy, the story explores identity, friendship, and wonder in a ruined yet strangely beautiful world.
