Smartypants (2024 TV Series)

Hosted by Rekha Shankar, Smartypants is a comedy panel series where the Smartypants Society comedians, writers, and performers pitch absurd proposals, deep passions, niche facts, and far‑fetched conspiracy theories in rapid-fire segments. Each episode strings together wildly different topics, from “bomb the moon” to “honor cicadas as a national symbol,” blending sharp jokes with unexpected research. Over multiple seasons, the show builds a cultish, high-energy vibe where recurring members refine their personas and running gags, turning offbeat curiosities into communal rituals that reward both first-time viewers and long-time fans of Dropout’s ensemble comedy.
